Vuelta Card (“we”) is a digital loyalty card service operated by Lolly Creative Studio. Contact: hello@lollycreative.com.
When you join a venue’s loyalty card, we collect your first name (to show on your card) and, only if you choose to give it, your email address (only to help you recover your card if you lose access). We also store your stamp count and reward redemptions, which is the card working as intended. Technical data (your device’s pass registration) is stored so your card can update automatically in your wallet.
We don’t sell your data. We don’t use it for advertising. We don’t send marketing emails. Your name and stamps are visible to the venue whose card you hold, and to no other venue.
Data is stored with Supabase (database hosting) and Vercel (application hosting), and pass updates are delivered through Apple’s push notification service. Each processes data on our behalf under their own compliance terms.
For as long as you hold the card. Remove the pass from your wallet and ask the venue (or us) to delete your record, and we will.
Under GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@lollycreative.comand we’ll respond within 30 days.
