Vuelta Card provides digital loyalty cards that your customers add to their phone’s wallet. This service is currently in beta, meaning it’s actively developed and features may change.
During beta, the service is provided as-is. We aim for high reliability but can’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Billing is arranged directly with you during beta.
You’re responsible for the accuracy of your loyalty offer (stamps required, rewards) and for honouring rewards your customers earn. You control your own branding and content.
Your customers’ data (names, stamp counts) belongs to the customer and is processed per our Privacy Policy. You may use it only to run your loyalty programme, not for unrelated marketing without the customer’s consent.
Don’t use the service for anything unlawful, misleading, or that infringes others’ rights.
You can stop using the service at any time. We’ll give reasonable notice of any material change or discontinuation.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you’ve paid us. We’re not liable for indirect losses.
